Step 7 — Will parents attend the last week of camp? Optional

The last week refers to the final 7 days of camp (days 24–30, from 07/01/2027 to 13/01/2027). It is a special week where participants share some activities with their parent, mother or guardian, they close the camp transformation cycle and may even take part in the graduation ceremony together.

Only complete this section if one or two parents or guardians will physically attend the camp venue during that week. If no one is attending, simply leave this section blank.

Step 9 — Authorisations and commitments

I understand that during the camp, photographs and group videos will be taken for pedagogical, informational and promotional purposes. Individual images of the participant will only be used with my explicit consent and will never be published on social media without prior written authorisation.

I accept that the participant will take part in the Extreme Mission activities: mangrove kayaking, snorkelling, climbing and abseiling. These activities are always carried out under the supervision of certified instructors with the required safety equipment, and the level of demand is adapted to each participant's age and physical condition.

⚕️ Emergency medical authorisation *

I authorise the certified paramedic staff of the camp to make urgent emergency decisions to preserve the life or physical integrity of the participant when I cannot be reached in time. This includes administering the prescribed medications declared in this form, transferring to health centres, and carrying out stabilisation procedures in emergency situations. 🛡️ Child Protection Policy *

I commit to complying with and enforcing CampoAventuras's Child Protection Policy, which sets behavioural standards, reporting mechanisms and protocols to ensure a safe environment for all participants. Read full child protection policy

📌 Camp rules and director authority *

I accept that the Camp Director has the pedagogical and disciplinary authority required to ensure the programme runs smoothly. I understand that repeated breach of the community rules may result in the participant being excluded from camp with no entitlement to a refund. Read full community rules

📱 Communications policy during camp *

I understand and accept that, to ensure digital detox and the pedagogical development of the programme, personal devices (phones, tablets, consoles) are restricted during camp. Controlled access to communication with parents will take place at times set by the schedule. In an emergency, CampoAventuras will contact the guardian immediately through the registered channels, without time restrictions.
