We accept young people aged 9 to 17 years old as of the camp start date (15/12/2026). Participants cannot turn 9 during the camp, nor turn 18 before the closing ceremony (13/01/2027). Groups are organized by age range: Junior Group (9–11), Intermediate Group (12–13), and Senior Group (14–17).

The all-inclusive price of COP $18,000,000 COP covers absolutely EVERYTHING: 30 full days, all 4 missions (Extreme, Digital, Caribbean and Family), accommodation at our hotel on Isla TierraBomba, full board (3 meals + 2 snacks daily), transport to/from Cartagena and between activities, accident insurance, 24/7 paramedic team, all materials and equipment, official T-shirt, CampoAventuras kit, final certificate, photo album and camp video. Missions are NOT sold separately. No hidden costs.

The first payment — Management & Spot Reservation Fee (COP $2,700,000 · 15%) — covers the sales adviser commission, the first committed hotel payment, and spot management. It is non-refundable for voluntary cancellations. Refunds on the remaining amount depend on days before the start date: First 24 hours → 95% of the total paid (cooling-off period). More than 90 days → 85% of the remaining amount. 60–90 days → 75%. 30–60 days → 55%. 15–30 days → 30%. 8–15 days → 15%. 0–7 days → no refund. Certified medical cause (IPS/EPS, any time) → minimum 80% of total paid. Death of participant → minimum 90% of total paid. Total force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, government decree) → 100% thanks to our event cancellation insurance policy. Yes. The system automatically calculates how many monthly instalments you can make up to 30 November 2026 (final payment deadline). For example, if there are more than 180 days left, you can split the payment into up to 6 monthly instalments. You choose how many you want and the system shows you each amount. The first instalment (Management Fee) must be paid within 3 days of registration. Accepted methods: Nequi, DaviPlata, bank transfer (Bancolombia, Davivienda, BBVA) and PayPal. Yes. CampoAventuras reserves the right of admission. A registration may be refused or cancelled without stating a reason, provided no discriminatory motive is involved (Law 1482/2011). The most common operational reasons are: medical information incompatible with the activities, incomplete or unverifiable documentation, conduct history that could compromise group safety, or non-compliance with the payment plan. If the refusal is attributable to CampoAventuras, 100% of the total paid is refunded. If it is due to the participant or guardian (false data, invalid documentation), the standard cancellation policy applies.

Safety is our top priority. We have: (1) 24/7 paramedic team on site. (2) Accident insurance for all participants (included in the price). (3) Certified safety protocols for every activity. (4) Certified staff: paramedics, nurses, lifeguards, activity leaders. (5) Constant supervision — 1 counsellor per 10 participants. (6) Permanent communication with parents via WhatsApp. (7) Emergency and evacuation protocols.

We are fully prepared. The registration form requires ALL medical conditions, food allergies, medications and special needs to be detailed. Our paramedic team reviews each case individually. We adapt menus for allergies (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, etc.). Medications are administered under medical supervision and parental authorisation. We have specific protocols for asthma, diabetes, epilepsy and other conditions.

We promote digital detox to maximise the experience. Mobile phones are kept securely and returned during calling time (2 times a week). In the Digital Mission they have supervised access to educational technology. Parents receive constant updates via WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of expensive devices — we recommend bringing only basic equipment.

EXTREME MISSION (Dec 16–22, days 2–8): Camping on Tierra Bomba Island, bonfires, gymkhanas, treasure hunts, survival techniques, orienteering and water sports. DIGITAL MISSION (Dec 23–29, days 9–15): Robotics, Scratch/Python coding, 3D design, video game creation, drones and virtual reality. CARIBBEAN MISSION (Dec 30–Jan 5, days 16–22): Historical Cartagena tour, San Felipe Castle, Rosario Islands, snorkelling, Caribbean culture. FAMILY MISSION (Jan 6–12, days 23–29): Parent-child activities, bonding workshops, family competitions, bonfire and closing ceremony on day 30 (Jan 13).

No. The 4 missions form a single 30-day integrated experience. They are not sold separately or selectively. This structure ensures holistic development: physical adventure, technological thinking, cultural identity, and family bonds. Each mission builds on and prepares for the next.

We adapt activities to each participant's abilities. No water activity is mandatory without supervision. Junior groups have lower-intensity activities. Counsellors are trained to detect and manage fears or blocks. The goal is to push boundaries safely and voluntarily — never through pressure.

Yes. Each day includes 2–3 hours of free time to rest, socialise or simply relax. Evenings feature special programming: bonfires, talent shows, outdoor cinema, stargazing and supervised night games. Lights out at 10pm (9pm for children under 11).

Meeting point: Cartagena (exact location confirmed 15 days in advance). Departure: 15/12/2026 — participants arrive in Cartagena and travel by boat to the venue on Isla TierraBomba. Return: 13/01/2027 to the same departure point. Transport includes the official boat to our venue and transfers between activities.

A detailed packing list is sent upon registration confirmation. Essentials: (1) Comfortable clothing for 30 days (sportswear, casual, swimwear). (2) Shoes: trainers, water shoes and sandals. (3) Toiletries, sunscreen and insect repellent. (4) Medications with written instructions. (5) Reusable water bottle, small backpack and torch. DO NOT BRING: expensive electronic devices, jewellery, cash over COP $50,000.

The main venue is our hotel on Isla TierraBomba, Cartagena — on the Caribbean Sea. Facilities include: comfortable bunk bed rooms, modern bathrooms with hot and cold water, air conditioning, spacious dining hall, green areas, covered recreational areas, swimming pool, private beach and 24/7 security.

5 meal times daily: breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Menus designed by certified nutritionists with protein, carbohydrates, fruit and vegetables. Water available all day. SPECIAL DIETS: We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and allergy diets. It is essential to report all dietary restrictions on the registration form.

Full protocol: (1) On-site paramedic team carries out an immediate assessment. (2) Serious emergencies: transfer to the nearest affiliated healthcare centre in Cartagena. (3) IMMEDIATE contact with parents. (4) Accident insurance covers medical care. (5) A counsellor accompanies the participant at all times. For minor illnesses (cold, discomfort), we treat the participant in the on-site medical room and monitor constantly.

As a pedagogical policy, visits are not permitted during Missions 1 to 3 (days 2–22) to support the adaptation process. The Family Mission (days 23–29, 6–12 January) is specifically designed for active parental participation — we warmly invite you to join! Exceptions are made in cases of medical or serious family emergencies. We maintain constant communication via WhatsApp, photos, videos and scheduled calls.
