Medical Conditions and Health Protocol

Mandatory Medical Information

All medical information provided is strictly confidential and used solely to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the participant during the camp.

Required Medical Information

  • Known allergies (medications, food, insect stings)
  • Chronic medical conditions (asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, etc.)
  • Regular medications with dosage and schedule
  • Recent surgical procedures (within the last 6 months)
  • Physical restrictions for specific activities
  • History of phobias or relevant psychological conditions

Medical Protocol at Camp

  • Licensed medical staff available 24/7 throughout the camp
  • Medical station equipped with first-aid medication and basic equipment
  • Immediate communication protocol with the guardian for any medical event
  • Transfer to a clinic or hospital in emergencies, covered by the included accident insurance
  • The guardian expressly authorises medical staff to make emergency decisions if they cannot be reached
